2) what do you have:
a) Land for farming
b) land for building guest houses, offices and schools
c) local engineers
d) Volunteer teachers
e) human ressources (including me)

3) what do you need:

a) Grants to start 4 years teaching and learning program ( elementary
and secondary level classrooms-find project I sent you and bob Cew)

b) 10 investors to sign a contract with me and donate each 9500 USD or
more to build a house we will manage both with international investors
in rural Burundi in our land to help poor in that community.

Dear Burton,

I love ABC4ALL, all mentors and i wish i can stay connected.

I also see impacts of ABC4ALL everywhere.

Burt, when I say "nothing", it does not mean is " 100% nothing".

One side I see that  a plan to  support my people or my lovely
country-Burundi is not meeting responses.

Yes,  volunteering in the greatest world organisations such as UN or
ABC4All is better, but when somone see how his efforts will be
benefited by both people in country of a volunteer and  people target
by NGO a vounteer work in.

E.g: if we need 10 mentors to volunteer in ABC4ALL  they should have
tasks ( e.g: i should be assigned activities and duties i have to
accomplish in 3 month or 1 year= inviting 100, 1000 people in Burundi
to join and train them), and as award ABC4ALL should encourage 100
mentors by setting or building a centre where ABC4ALL will ever
perform their capacity, do meetings...).

I think  a volunteer work that  INCREASE MITUAL BENEFIT ON
RELATIONSHIP BY BOTH FOR LOCAL PEOPLE IN COUNTRY A MENTOR/ VOLUNTEER FROM AND BY PEOPLE TARGETED BY NGO A MENTOR IS REGISTERED TO VOLUNTEER IN IS BETTER.

I also think it would be a kind of iddling time or spending one's
efforts for nothing if there is no S.M.A.R.T action planed by a
mentor/volunteer to be achieved by both NGO he volunteer in and by
mentor/volunteer for peoples in his respective country.

Therefore i don't feel strong relationship or big attachment to
ABC4ALL OR in UN works, but i feel more concerned by spending much
time on smallest activities that i see 10 people benefit from them a
month or a year.
