A FOCUS ON AFRICA:  What a Mentor Can Do: 

Welcome! to ABC4All Mentor Turyatunga Bob Maahe from Uganda, now self-designated at ABC4All Coordinator4Africa (ABC4AllC4A)!

Here is another account of what an ABC4All Mentor can do, this time in a record short time (one week!).

Turyatunga Bob Maahe from Uganda joined as ABC4All Mentor on 01/06/2011 and quickly followed the path of his heart from becoming an ABC4All Mentor to deciding that he wanted to assist with the coordination of communication with all of Africa's Youth.

First Bob Maahe joined the ABC4All Global Mentoring TEAM Project as ABC4All Mentor.

Bob wrote: 
"We are all concerned about humanitarian activities that always cause a better living in the world.  We are appreciating the effort of all mentors who are involved in this and it must be exported to all countries and organizations world wide to attain the homogeneous yard stick of better living."

Next Bob states:
"Volunteers can make a great change among the communities if you could organise them to come in the African CBOs, NGO and FBO, then global humanitarian activities for living a desirable life would be achieved.  So, my recommendation is to request you send as many volunteers as possible to African organizations.:

From there an email was sent to Bob:
"Your suggestion is more than welcome, Bob.

"You are welcome to become ABC4All Coordinator4Africa. 

"The Clearinghouse for The President's Forum with Young African Leaders -  Please CLICK! on "Resources" and "Africa Leads the Way to GHR?"   has a listing of all ABC4All Mentors in all but 13 of the 42 countries represented at the Forum.  Have been working to have this site act as a central point of communication for all African youth.

"I will add you to the list of ABC4All Leaders who have access to the project info."

Now Bob states:
"Thank you Burt for that update and your immediate reply, Am ready to work as ABC4All Africa coordinator and thank you for adding me to the list of Leaders so that I can access their projects' info."

The reply:
"Wonderful, thank you!  ABC4All Coordinator for Africa (ABC4AllC4A) is welcome!
We will create an announcement so you will be a be able to communicate with appropriate parties.  I will also share this information with the Young African Leader who has been assembling all of the contact information of the Young African Leaders, Koffi Nomedji.  This is especially helpful since Richard Bbaale is busy with his Ph.D. Studies, but will cc him.

The response from Bob:
"Thank you for appointing me to coordinate ABC4All in Africa.
Am very happy to see that l will coordinate these African countries in humanitarian activities.
And to be realistic, am to make sure that every thing goes well.
Thank you once again and let us keep in touch for all the developments.

CONCLUSION:

From January 6, 2011 until today, January 13, 2011 is exactly one week.  Yet Bob has moved in the direction that is allowing for better communication with all African ABC4All Mentors and all Young African Leaders.  Given the state of affairs of the world, this sets the stage for unprecented and comprehensive communication which will make a difference in the long run as we gear up to release MANDATED ACTION for What The World Needs Now:  The FOREVER Campaign for Global Humanitarian Relief (FCGHR)

EPILOGUE:

On a recent Saturday, at about 6 am in the morning, a Skype request came through to address a conference in Nigeria regarding a group wanting to coordinate 60 million youth to work towards a better Nigeria.
