NEWS: HEROES CNN TEAM: Prelude to GHR

ABC4All welcomes you to this tribute to the GREAT CNN TEAM!
Many are offering accolades for the CNN Team's operations in Haiti. Sonia is one example of so many:
"Two great men, much blessing to them.
When we need the most, many turn and run.
Those two great men stand by the Haitian people.
Thank you both."
What would be appropriate recognition? Nominate as heroes? Nobel Peace Prize? Actually this team is so dedicated their reward may be in the work itself. They dedicate their entire beings into careful reporting but along the way are called to act as First Responders themselves. They do not give a second thought, just do what their eyes and hearts tell them to do.

The work that the entire TEAM did in Haiti is hard to fathom. Anderson himself references how difficult to transition back to New York. But his work with Dr. Sanjay Gupta and all the rest of the CNN Team could not have had more difficult circumstances within which to work.
Imagine filing a report with soot from burned dead bodies floating through the air and you know you are witnessing what might be considered one of the worst images to behold. Such a difficult task reporting on the devastation of this earthquake torn country. Try imagining being there and personally being exposed to so much human suffering.
We pay homage to the GREAT CNN TEAM for all their courageous reporting and ability to get the job done no matter how difficult the circumstances.

Yes some are saying that there may now be a regeneration of a viable country that will receive the benefit of so much support from around the globe. There is hope, but the loss of life, the lack of adequate medical care and follow up will be haunting us for years to come.
