What's uppermost on my mind:

"As a change maker, I believe in exercising my full potential in assist communities to solve their own challenges. The experience I have had for more than 6 years working with local communities has also given me lots of insights how people are willing to get away from poverty. My work involves facilitating for the communities, they need to be encouraged and guided on the sustainable ways in tackling any challenges facing them.

Community work is not easy, but the results of our ventures give me as a leader motivation and courage to move on. Experience is the best teacher they say, the community has moulded me to be a good young leader. You can imagine the wisdom you gain from interacting with both young and the old, learned and unlearned...this enables me to balance life and ensure that I am always relevant to all the communities we are working with."
