Mission/Vision:


The FIRBEJC aim is to contribute to the scientific and socio-economic development of the Youth in order to increase the capacity for Poverty reduction.


So, poverty reduction requires a multifaceted approach that combines comprehensive initiatives targeting to change the social conditions. Thus, "poverty" is not to be understood simply as a lack of money but, it includes lack of "economic (income, livelihood, decent work), human (health, education), political (empowerment, rights, voice), socio-cultural (status, dignity), and protective (insecurity, risk, vulnerability) capabilities."


we dealt with: - poverty reduction by creating primary and secondary schools ; health center, agro-pastoral center, prevention against HIV/AIDS and sexually transmitted deseases, in future to built printing house.

To reach this goals, FIRBEJC works in different fields in order to help youth becomes self-reliant in pursuing their own socioeconomic autonomous. So, Opportunities our Foundation has to offer easy access :

In Education field

FIRBEJC is working toward the goal of access to education by contributing to the spread of basic education as part of efforts to reduce poverty and build up the human resources needed to support economic development. Basic education encompasses pre-school, elementary, and secondary schooling, and literacy education in order to enable youth acquires the basic knowledge and skills they need to live in society.


In health and health care field


At a time when people in many countries are enjoying longer life spans, there has been no improvement in the health status of people in those countries of ours, where health conditions are actually worsening. Here, FIRBEJC is working to improve public health and healthcare in our community in the four areas of infectious disease, maternal and child health, the development and promotion of public health systems, and human resources development.


In this case, FIRBEJC put an emphasis on strengthening primary health care, the prevention and early treatment of infectious diseases, among which AIDS and Sexually Transmitted Diseases, that afflict people in general and youth in particular.


In Agriculture and rural Development, FIRBEJC works to stimulate the growth of agriculture and to improve the living standards of the population.

The role that agriculture is expected to play in our community is not only that of stable supplier of essential food resources as part of political and economic stability and yields benefits in terms of economic growth, but is also an effective approach from the perspective of rural poverty reduction.
